Return Policy
When you receive the EZSTRETCHNFLEX, please read all of the instructions entirely before using it. If you have any unanswered questions, you may call our customer service line during normal business hours M-F 9am-5pm CT.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your results or if your product is defective, contact customer service for a return authorization number within 30 days of the purchase date and we will provide instructions on how to return your product for a refund. EZSTRETCHNFLEX is warranted for one year with normal, everyday use. If your product fails within one year, please call customer service for a RA number and instructions on how to receive a replacement.
When returning a product, please be sure to include the product, original paperwork and instructional video for a refund of the product purchase price (actual shipping and handling is non-refundable).
